1. For multifunctional copiers: the warranty conditions are stipulated in the warranty card and in the general conditions of carriage, installation and maintenance of photocopying machines, both of which are received by the customer when buying the machine.
2. For toner cartridges and toner: if you feel that there is a problem, please return to us the bought cartridge or refill. Our specialists will determine the cause of the problem you are facing.
3. For photosensitive drums: in order to benefit from the warranty, in case of problems, please return the drum to us, along with a black copy, a white copy and two test sheet copies. In addition, please state clearly the problem that you are experiencing.
4. For recycled cartridges: Please send us the test cartridge and indicate using a test copy the problem you are experiencing.
