PAYMENT

We accept payment in cash, by check or on delivery.
For new clients: payment in cash or on delivery.
For known customers: payment by bank transfer, by check or BO – in accordance with the accepted agreements.
Generally, in the absence of other arrangements, the payment deadline is 14 days after purchase.
For dedicated orders we require an advance payment.

DELIVERY

Delivery of goods in Romania is made via PRIORIPOST or by any other courier approved by you. In the absence of other arrangements, the payment is to be made by the customer upon receiving the merchandise.
Within Bucharest and in surrounding villages, the delivery of multifunctional copiers and consumables is free of charge for orders greater than 500 RON.
High-value orders for multifunctional copiers anywhere in the country are delivered by S.C. LYNX COPIERS TRADING S.R.L. using its own means of transportation, at a negotiated price, starting from 0 (zero) RON, depending on the value of the merchandise.

All orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched within the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the following day.
